To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than one day before the event. Payment is only accepted via bank transfer to our designated bank account. You may use services such as Xoom or Wise to complete the transfer. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that are deemed fraudulent or in violation of these terms.
All bookings are non-refundable. Once a proposal is booked and confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. However, in the event of bad weather, we offer the option to reschedule the proposal to the next available day, subject to availability. If rescheduling is not possible, the proposal will proceed as planned at an alternative covered location.
Forever Promises is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee that the event will proceed without unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, vendor delays, or other factors beyond our control. In the event of rain, we offer a one-time rescheduling of the proposal to the following day, subject to availability. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
